It was one of the best seminar I had attended. It was filled with a lot of knowledges, ideas and practical approaches which can be applied to our daily activities. The seminar also included the fire walking experience which was designed to prove that you can be or do what you think is not possible. More than ninety per cent of the attendees could pass this fire walking and they all felt more confident in their life. One of the theory taught in the class by Tony Robbins is the ultimate success formula. Although this theory is not complicated, it was taken as one of the highlights in the event. The ultimate success formula consists of only four elements including:
1. You know what you want
In life, most people do not know exactly what they want. Instead, they mostly focus on what they do not want. As a result, they attract more of it according to the law of attraction. Tony said after practicing psychotherapist for several decades, he found that this was one of the mistakes that most people have. Not knowing your goal would lead you to nowhere and would be a waste of time. He encouraged us to have meaningful goals and keep pursuing what we want with passion.
2. You know why you want it
Once you know your goals, whether you will get it depends on how badly you need it or how serious you are. Knowing why you want these goals can determine your drive toward the result your want. If your why is strong enough, you will have enough power to push you toward.
3. You take massive action
Nobody succeeds anything without doing something. Tony emphasized this point of taking massive action several times along the events. He himself showed us by his action of standing in front of more than four thousand audiences with only one short break at lunch. He definitely delivered more than what the audiences had paid for and everybody was impressed at it. That was his massive action. We also have to conduct our massive action in our way.
4. You review your approach and change it if you need to
Tony emphasized that one of the definition of insanity is keep doing the same thing expecting different results. I think this is true especially when the action are exactly the same. However, we need to also evaluate the environment and other factors before we decide to change our approach. We need to be careful to not mix this point with giving up which is totally a different thing. We will have to change our approaches until we get what we want. It is therefore called ultimate success formula because we will never fail if we still stick to this principle.
Tony wrote this formula in his own words in his book ” The unlimited power”. You can look for more details of you want to.
The ultimate success formula can be applied to your life if you want success. This simple formula can be used in all area of life.
