As a Real Estate Trainer cum Investor, I've met thousands of investors at all levels of knowledge and experience over the last 20 years. Successful investors I've known include school dropouts and people with degrees, people of all races and backgrounds, people who started investing while still in college and those who started in their 50's, part-timers and full timers.
Many have become incredibly successful, while there are some who have experienced dramatic failures. During this time, I've noticed that there are certain characteristics that come with real estate investing success.
